Every cabling job is different. Every quote should reflect that. We survey on-site, we measure up properly, we come back with a fixed written quote, and then we install cleanly, label everything, and hand you documentation you can actually use. Cat6, Cat6a, Cat7, fibre, outdoor, comms rooms, tidy-ups, any size job.
Tell us roughly what you need and we'll book a survey to measure up properly. Quotes come back written and fixed, so you know exactly what you're paying.
Cabling covers a massive range of jobs. Most of what we do across South Wales fits into one of these four categories.
This is the best time to get it right. We work alongside your builders, electricians and architects, run containment and cable to every desk, meeting room, AV point and WiFi AP. Terminate, test, patch, document. Handed over with everything labelled.
Small jobs matter too. We'll survey, trace your existing runs back to the comms cabinet, find the best route, install cleanly, label everything. Usually half a day to a day, fixed price.
Armoured fibre between buildings is often cheaper than you'd expect and completely transforms how two sites feel. Usually involves a trench or directional drill, a pair of fibre runs, and ODF panels at each end. We handle the lot including any permissions.
We love this work. We document what you have, re-terminate anything sloppy, re-patch to logical groupings, colour-code and label every cable, update the patch schedule. You end up with a comms cabinet your successor could maintain.
Cabling is a commodity in the worst cases and a craft in the best. We aim for the craft end.
Anyone who quotes you without seeing the building is guessing. Access, cable routes, existing containment, ceiling type, all change the price. Our survey is free, and we come back with a fixed written quote you can hold us to.
How cables are routed in ceiling voids, how terminations are dressed, how patch panels are labelled, how your comms cabinet looks when we leave. Good cabling is invisible until someone has to work on it five years later, then it's priceless.
Most cabling companies drop cables and leave. We also patch, configure the switch, bring up the WiFi, install the VoIP phones, and hand you a working network. One project, one invoice, one team.
We carry the full range on our vans. What goes in at your site depends on what you actually need, which we work out at survey.
Here is exactly what happens after you book a survey on this page.
We are based in Bridgend but survey and install right across the region. Click through to your town for local context.
If yours is not here, book the survey above and ask in person.
Every job is different. Price depends on how many drops you need, cable type (Cat6, Cat6a, fibre), building access, existing containment, and whether it's a new fit or a retro-fit into an occupied office. For rough ballparks: a small office with 20 to 30 drops of Cat6 might land between £1,500 and £4,000. A bigger install with fibre runs between buildings is a different conversation. Send us a floor plan and we'll give you an honest fixed quote.
All of them. Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, Cat7, Cat8 copper, plus OM3, OM4 and singlemode fibre. Which is right for you depends on what you're running now and what you might want in the next 5 to 10 years. We'll recommend based on your actual needs, not the most expensive option.
Yes. Any size, from a single drop in an office corner to a full warehouse fit-out. Smaller jobs we'll quote quickly, larger jobs we'll survey first.
Yes, and honestly this is some of the most satisfying work we do. Existing patch panels and comms cabinets that have been hacked at for years, we come in, document everything, re-terminate, label, re-patch, and give you something a successor could maintain. Worth doing before you add any new cabling.
For anything beyond a handful of drops, yes. On-site surveys are free and we use them to map the run routes, spot access issues, and price accurately. It's how we avoid the classic 'the price went up after they started'.
Yes. Armoured underground fibre, directional drilling, overhead runs, external Cat6a with UV-rated jacketing. It needs planning and often permissions, but we do it regularly across South Wales.
Yes. Every install is tested and we provide full documentation. If you specifically need certified test results with permanent link reports for a client or auditor, we can do that too. For most jobs though, what matters is that it works reliably, which is what we focus on.
